1. When making an appointment, please note in the comment that you have a Groupon and for what service you bought the Groupon for.
2. Online booking is the BEST and MOST EFFICIENT way to book. When searching for services, Groupon has its own categories, please keep scrolling or use the search bar.
3. MOST IMPORTANT. GROUPONS IS ONE PER CUSTOMER AND FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY!
If you have purchased more than one Groupon, we will not honor the additional ones. We kindly ask that you return it to Groupon or trade it for something else exciting! New Client is defined as you have not seen any staff at Caim Wellness Spa in 12 months.
4. Groupons can be purchased every 6 months for a DIFFERENT service than the one initially purchased.
5. Unlike FULL PRICE SERVICES, Tipping is Highly Expected.
Tips should be based on the value of the full priced service, not what you paid to Groupon. Groupon outlines this as part of the service they provide for customers and it honors your service provider for proving an exceptional service at such an affordable price.
